Cognizant Mobility is PREMIUM partner in the AUTOSAR consortium.

Fulda, Munich - 02.03.2022. As of today, Cognizant Mobility has been accepted into the AUTOSAR consortium as a premium partner. In the future, this premium membership will enable Cognizant Mobility not only to participate in the AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive environment, but also to further develop and sustainably shape the standards that are so important for the automotive industry.

With this step, Cognizant Mobility is further expanding the embedded software development technology area and is preparing for larger, strategic projects with automotive OEMs and system suppliers. Within the consortium, Cognizant Mobility will focus on connectivity technologies (V2X) and thus contribute its strengths in the combination of IT and E/E. The first projects in the application fields "Digital Car Key" and "Ultra Wideband" as well as corresponding frameworks have already been started.

Well-known companies such as CARIAD, BMW, ZF, Vector and the chip manufacturer ARM are represented in the consortium. The partnership confirms Cognizant Mobility as a global partner to the automotive industry.
