ServiceXpert and Cognizant Mobility become one team.

The ServiceXpert and Cognizant Mobility teams have been working together successfully for many years. Both companies complement each other in their approach to customers and offer the same services on the market. Therefore, it is a logical step to bundle these competences in one team and to let grow together what belongs together. The ServiceXpert team finds a new home at Cognizant Mobility.

The merger is being carried out in order to rationalize the legal structure. The merger became effective on June 28, 2023 upon entry of the merger in the commercial register of Cognizant Mobility.
